Life is about using the whole box of crayons
Wow! Where has the year gone? I know its clichéd but seriously, the older you get, the quicker time flies. It feels like 2018 has sprinted past me, it has been non-stop go, go, go this year. And I cannot wait to take a small break in December to just breathe and regroup my thoughts.
We’ve covered so many different themes this year, we’ve spent a large percentage of the year looking inwards and trying the find more balance in our lives (thank you to the Wheel of Life tool). I hope you’ve found the tool useful, and used our monthly newsletters and my blog to challenge your status quo.
Next year we continue to focus on ourselves as individuals, and how we can live a colourful life!
Colour psychology is the study of hues as a determinant of human behaviour, in layman terms: the colours we are surrounded by often affect our moods and perceptions of the world.
So, surround yourself with green this festive season. As a colour of nature, green invokes a healing power – it symbolizes growth and relaxation, and stimulates harmony in the brain, promoting balance between the body and mind. Quite fitting I think this time of year!
