Our Employee Assistance Programme ensures that the emotional, psychological and social wellbeing of your employees is addressed. It is easy to overlook mental health concerns, especially those that arise outside of the workplace.
Our EAP offering comes to the aid of those employees battling mental health illness, stress and trauma. Our clients have access to a dedicated counselling and support call centre 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our dedicated network of healthcare practitioners and therapists means we're able to match the right counsellor or therapist to your employee.

Our dedicated EAP call centre is available 24/7. Your employees may also make use of the SMS please call me option, or whatsapp us directly.
We have an extensive network of over 800 multi-lingual health practitioners & therapists across Southern Africa.
Our counsellors are available to address any concern your employees may have, for example, trauma, debt, divorce, & covid19 related anxiety.
Our monthly feedback reports ensure the anonymity of the individual, whilst still providing HR with easy-to-understand insights & data.
We facilitate telephonic counselling, as well as face-to-face sessions both on & offsite depending on the employee & clients needs.
Mental health awareness workshops include dealing with grief, mental motivation and a dedicated support programme for HR professionals.
