WE DO GOOD.
We've been doing it since 2002!
We originally set out to help our clients and their employees tackle the rising HIV/ Aids morbidity crisis in our country. We wanted to make sure that people had access to the information they needed to make informed decisions about HIV/ Aids. This was just our first step in doing good.
Today we provide our clients with a comprehensive choice of wellness interventions and activities from which they can shape their own roadmap to wellness. We address the “whole employee” and help companies and their employees take shared responsibility for health and wellness.
For us doing good means providing our clients with services across five main wellness dimensions: Screening and Testing; Disease Management; Lifestyle Coaching and Education; Psycho-Social Counselling and Support; and Workforce Wellness Reporting.
We’ve left our footprints in more than 80 towns in Southern Africa, and even have psychologists on call in the likes of Mthatha and Thulamahashe.
We are so much more than a Corporate Wellness Provider. We become an important part of our client’s company culture, and work hard to ensure we have great employee participation and uptake.
We bring an energy and fun to wellness that is hard to replicate. Drumming, industrial theatre and drunken goggles are just a few activities we use to engage and attract employees to our wellness interventions. We’ve found a home in wellness for rubber ducks, and can’t hide our excitement for our latest wellness interventions: The Happiness Project and Insights Discovery preference-based learning system.
We’re a passionate team of 25, supported by over 70 nurses driven to do good for the company’s we work with, the employees we support and the communities we live in.
